The Board of Management is composed of eight people, two are elected nominees of parents of current pupils, two are direct nominees of the Patron (Archbishop of Dublin) and two are community representatives. The principal and a teacher nominee (elected by the body of teachers in the school) make up the final two. The Board is charged with overall responsibility for the management of the school.
